These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the bajiwala platform and all services connected to it. By browsing the bajiwala website, registering an account, downloading the app, or participating in any game or betting service, you are considered to have automatically accepted these Terms.

These Terms may be changed or updated at any time. Continued use of the service after any change will be considered acceptance of the revised Terms. We therefore recommend visiting this page regularly.

2.1 Eligibility to Register

To open an account on bajiwala, you must meet the following requirements:

2.2 Single Account Policy

Each user may operate only one account. If the same person creates multiple accounts, bajiwala reserves the right to close any or all of those accounts, and any bonuses or winnings earned may be forfeited.

Your name, mobile number, date of birth and payment details must be entered correctly at registration. If false information is provided or details do not match during a later verification, the account may be suspended or closed.

2.4 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. Sharing this information with anyone else is strictly prohibited. If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, contact the support team immediately.

3.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

bajiwala currently accepts deposits through the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank and Islami Bank). The minimum deposit amount for any method is ৳300.

When making a deposit, please ensure the payment account is registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.

3.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Once a withdrawal request is approved, funds typically arrive in your account within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit.

If a withdrawal request is made while an active bonus is in place, that bonus may be cancelled. Please complete the wagering requirement for any bonus before withdrawing.

3.3 Verification Process

For security purposes, bajiwala may request additional documents for identity verification at any time. Withdrawals may be held until document verification is complete.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

Newly registered members on bajiwala will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000. Before withdrawing this bonus, you must wager the bonus amount 10 times.

For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a bonus of ৳1,000, making the total balance ৳2,000 — you must wager ৳1,000 × 10 = ৳10,000 before withdrawing.

4.2 Weekly Deposit Reward

Under the bajiwala weekly deposit reward, a 20% bonus on any deposit can be claimed once per week, up to ৳5,000. The wagering requirement is 15 times the bonus amount and the minimum deposit is ৳300.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

• A bonus may only be used on the service for which it was issued.
• Winnings from a bonus cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.
• It is not possible to have multiple bonuses active at the same time.
• If bonus abuse or fraudulent activity is proven, the entire bonus will be cancelled.
• bajiwala reserves the right to change or cancel any promotional offer.

5.1 General Gaming Terms

All slots, live casino, sports betting, fishing games and other services available on bajiwala are covered by these Terms. Each game has its own rules, which are displayed within the game.

If a technical error causes the outcome of any round to be uncertain, bajiwala reserves the right to cancel that round or bet and return the stake.

5.2 Sports Betting Terms

Odds displayed in sports betting markets are subject to change. The odds shown at the time a bet is confirmed are considered final. If an event is abandoned or not completed within 48 hours, the bet will be cancelled and the stake returned.

In a multi bet, losing any single selection means the entire bet is lost. The combined odds of a multi bet are calculated automatically.

5.3 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bajiwala platform:

• Placing bets using bots or automated software.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or technical errors.
• Coordinating with other users to collect bonuses.
• Operating an account through any fraudulent or illegal means.

If such activity is proven, the account will be closed and all balances may be forfeited.

bajiwala's VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver and Gold. Each tier comes with weekly cashback benefits.

• Bronze: up to 0.5% cashback per week.
• Silver: up to 1.0% cashback per week.
• Gold: up to 1.5% cashback per week.

Cashback is calculated based on total net losses for the week. For example, a Silver member with a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week will receive ৳20,000 × 1.0% = ৳200 cashback.

Tier upgrades depend on play activity and platform engagement. bajiwala reserves the right to change the criteria for determining VIP tiers.

bajiwala treats the security of users' personal data as a top priority. Information collected during account registration, deposit and withdrawal processes is used only for providing the service and preventing fraud.
